Member Scherer introduced and read the following written resolution and
MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Platting of Adeline Addition)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant
to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed
plat, to be known as Adeline Addition, of the following -described tract of
land:
Commencing 904.5 feet South from a point 1407.936
feet East from the Northwest corner of Section 19,
Township 29, Range 24; thence continuing South par-
allel with the West line of the Northwest Quarter
(4) to the North line of the Minneapolis and St.
Louis Railway right-of-way; thence East.along said
railroad right-of-way a distance of 324.2 feet;
thence Northeasterly along a line, which if extended
would intersect the Southeast corner of Thotland's
Twin View Terrace, to a point due East from the
point of beginning; thence West to point of beginning,
except roadway.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFCRE:
BE IT RESOLVED that that certain agreement relating to the subject -
matter of this resolution, made and entered into on the 18th day of
November, 1961, by and between Adeline Oys and Robert Boller, First
Parties, Manual R. Binder and Ruth Binder, Second Parties, and Village of
Golden Valley, Third Party, and heretofore fully executed by all parties
thereto, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof, and this Resolution is expressly made
subject to all of the provisions of said agreement and the Village Council
of the Village of Golden Valley, by the adoption of this Resolution,
completely and fully agrees and assents to all of the terms of said
agreement and authorizes and ratifies its execution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is accepted
and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized
and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all
other things necessary and proper in the premises, including the filing
for record of this resolution and the agreement referred to in the pre-
ceding paragraph in the office of the Registrar of Deeds and Registrar

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded
by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Scherer, and Teresi; and
the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
