#110 02-13-62 Order Improvement Project No. 62-WMT3�P3C- ..r tJ Resolution No. 110 February 13, 1962 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT (Water Main Trunks and Facilities for Water Supply and Storage, Project No. 62 W.M.T.) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 o*clock p.m. at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of a certain proposed public improvement for said Village, in accordance with the description of said improvement contained in said notice. 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvement is feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvement (the Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvement with other public improvements at a later date if it seems advisable to do so). 3. The cost of said improvement shall be paid in part out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. Orr—Schelen-Mayeron and Associates, Inc. are hereby designated as engineers for the construction of said proposed public improvement, and are hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvement and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible date. dwk q ayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Flannagan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi, and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
