RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION
(62-WM: Nos. 1-E, 2-E, 3-E, 4-E, 5-E, 6-E, 7-E, 8-E, 9-E,
10-E, 11-E, 12-E, 13-E9 14-E, 15-E, 16-E, 17-E, 18-E, 19-E,
20-E, 21-E, 22-E, 23-E, 24-E, 25-E, 26-E, 27-E, 28-E, 29-E,

WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable, and in the public interest
that the Village of Golden Valley acquire temporary construction ease-
ments for water main and water facility purposes and perpetual easements
for water main and water facility purposes in, on, over and across certain -
described tracts of land as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest that
the Village of Golden Valley acquire perpetual easements for street, road
and utility purposes in, on, over and across certain -described tracts of
land as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish these purposes it is necessary to
acquire said temporary and perpetual easements over and across the
following -described lands for the purposes and to the extents set forth
in each case:
