Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
(62 -LF -1, 20 3, 40 51 6, 71, 80, 9; 62 -GG -2, 3; 62-G-4)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 o*clock p.m.
at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road, in the Village of Golden
Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as re-
quired by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons
interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby
determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public
improvements contained in said notice, except: Maryland extended from
South of Andrew Krutzig Addition to North line of Peterson's Valley View.
Public Hearing and action on 62 -LF -7 is deferred and continued to the
meeting of May 1, 1962.
2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements
can best be constructed as proposed and not in connection with some
other public improvement.
3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid out of special
assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
4. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the
construction of said proposed public improvements and he is hereby
authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifi-
cations for said improvements and submit the same to the Village Council
for approval at the earliest possible date.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Teresi and,'upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
