Member Flannagan introduced and read the following written resolution and
MVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Platting
of Lamplighter Estates)
zrJHMEAS, THE Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pur-
suant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the
proposed plat, to be known as Lamplighter Estates, of the following -des-
cribed tract of land:
The North 30 acres of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the North-
west Quarter (4), Section 28, Township 118, Range 21, except
that part thereof described as follows: Commencing at the
point in the West line of said Section 28 where the same is
interesected by a line running East and West parallel with
and distant 20 feet North of the South line of the North 30
acres of the said Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northwest
Quarter (4) of said Section 28; thence North along the West
line of said 30 acres a distance of 595 feet mare or less to
a point 377 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Section
28; thence West parallel with the North line of said Section
28 a distance of 399 feet; thence South parallel with the
West line of said Section 28 to a pointi; 20 feet North df the
South line of said 30 acres; thence West to the point of
beginning, and except that part described as follows:
Commencing at the point in the West line of said Section 28
where the same is intersected by a line running East and
West parallel with and distant 20 feet North of the South
line of the North 30 acres of the sAid Northwest Quarter (4)
of the Northwest Quarter (4) of said Section 28; thence East
parallel with the North line of the said North 30 acres a
distance of 399 feet, which is the point of beginning of the
land to be described; thence North parallel with the West
line of said Section 28, a distance of 166.52 feet; thence
East along a line parallel with the South line of said Section
28 to a point on the East line of the West Half(�—) of the
Northwest Quarter (,) of the Northwest Quarter(4); thence
South along the afbresiid East line a distance of 166.52
feet to a point 20 feet from the South line of said Section
28; thence West parallel with the South line of said Section
to the point of beginning, and also except thit part des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing at a point at the Northwest corner of the North-
west Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (I of said Section
28, Township 118, Range 21; thence South along the West
line of said Northwest Quarter (�) of the Northwest Quarter

(1) a distance of 261 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of
the Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4) a distance of 216
feet; thence North on a line parallel with the. West line of said North-
west Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter Q to a point on the North
line of said Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4) to a point
of the North line of said Northwest Quarter ( 1) of the Northwest Quarter
(1); thence West along said North line to the point of beginning.
WHh7MS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be
heard, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Village of Golden
Valley that said proposed plat be and the same hereby is accepted and ap-
proved, and the proper &fficers of the Village are hereby authorized and
instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all other
things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member Teresi and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer,
and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed
by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
