#140 05-15-62 Accept Plat Cumberland Hills 4th Addition1 1 Resolution No. 140 May 15, 1962 Member Teresi introduced and read the following written resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Flatting ofCumberland Hills }nth Addition) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat, to be known as Cumberland Hills ?nth Addition, of the following -des- cribed tract of land: Outlet 1, Cumberland Hills 3rd Addition and that part of the North 700 feet of the Northeast Quarter (4) of the North- east Quarter of Section 18, Township 29, Range 24, lying East of Cumberland Nills 3rd Addition and West of the Great North- ern Railroad. right-of-way. WHEREAS, all person present were given the opportunity to be heard, Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be and the same hereby is accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all other things ne- cessary and proper in the premises. mayor Attest: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Flannagan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. t
