#187 09-04-62 Transfer Bonds to Various Funds396 Resolution No. 187 September 4, 1962 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its id -option: RESOLUTION (Transfer of Proceeds of Bond Sale(s) to Various Funds) WHEREAS, the proceeds of the sale(s) of Village obligations for the purpose of financing various special improvements have been used solely to defray expenses of said improvements and said improvements have been com- pleted and all costs thereof paid, and, WHEREAS, other construction funds established for various public improvements requiring additional moneys to pay for the cost of said im- provements requiring additional moneys to pay for the cost of said im- provembnts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, as follows: 1.
