Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its id -option:
RESOLUTION
(Transfer of Proceeds of Bond Sale(s) to Various Funds)
WHEREAS, the proceeds of the sale(s) of Village obligations for the
purpose of financing various special improvements have been used solely to
defray expenses of said improvements and said improvements have been com-
pleted and all costs thereof paid, and,
WHEREAS, other construction funds established for various public
improvements requiring additional moneys to pay for the cost of said im-
provements requiring additional moneys to pay for the cost of said im-
provembnts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Golden Valley, as follows:
1. Proceeds from the sale of obligations issued for the improvements
set forth below may be, and the same hereby are, transferred in the amount
indicated in each case to the funds of other improvements as set forth be-
low, the sum indicated in each case:

2. All of such improvements having been instituted pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes Annotated, the Village Treasurer
and other proper officials of the Village are authorized and instructed to
make said transfers pursuant to the instructions of M.S.A. 429.091, Subd. 4.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Scherer and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the
following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his Signature
attested by the Village Clerk.
