Resolution No. 206 October 16, 1962
Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING WORK DONE BY CHANGE ORDERS
(62-1°JM-56)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council this
day, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for 62-WM56,
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley
as follows.-

1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved.
2. The Village Engineer shall proceed under the direction of the Village
Council as given from time to time, to carry on all work in connection with
sa-i_d improvement(s) as is in accordance with the plans and specifications here-
in approved.
3. Work having been commenced on certain public improvement(s), (62-WM 1,
21�, 29, 31, 42, 43, 46, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63,
65, 66, 67, 69-81, 84, 85, 87-94, 98 and 99), pursuant to a contract with
Petrowske & Ross on a unit price basis, the Village Council hereby author-
izes changes in said contract to include as additional units of work the
construction of 62-14M--56 at the same unit prices as are set forth in said
contract and all of the terms of the resolution awarding said contract a-
dopted September 18, 1962, are made applicable to said additional work as
are also all terms of other resolutions adopted by the Village Council re-
lating to said improvements and work.
4. It is specifically found and determined that the cost of the add-
itional work described herein does not exceed 25% of the original contract
price as set forth above.
5. This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions of M.S.A.
429-041, Subd. 7.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the fol-
lowing voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature at-
tested by the Village Clerk.
