Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
"RESOLUTION ORDERING DUST TREATMENT FCR CERTAIN STREETS"
(63 -DA -7)
63 -DA -7 Sumter Avenue South from Ewald Terrace to Ridgeway Road.
Pursuant to the provision of M.S%A. 129.101 seq., and the provisions of the
Village Code, Section 127.01 et seq., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED:
1. That the streets described above be improved by dust treatment,
including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment.
Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials, and
the employment of day labor.
2. That the Village Engineer shall keep a record of the cost of such
work done on each street, and shall report such information to the Village
Clerk.
4. That the Village Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit
forthwith, a copy of this resolution to the Village Engineer.

by Member Scherer.and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the
following voted against the same; None, whereupon said resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature at-
