#219 02-19-63 Accept Replat Greenview Terrace12 Resolution No. 219 February 19, 1963 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Repla.t - Greenview. Terrace) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed replat, to be known as Greenview Terrace, of the following -described tract of land: Lots 1, 2 and that part of Lots 3, 5 and 6 lying East of State Highway No. 100, all in Block 3, Lot 3, Block 1, including vacated portion of N ica Avenue; also that part of Lots 5, 6, and 7 lyingrth 9 County State Aid Highway No. 66 and East of State Highway No. 100, all in Block 2, including vacated Greenview Lane adjoining said lots, all in Greenview Terrace, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, these are special circumstances or conditions affecting said the Platting property so that the strict application of the provisions of the Village would deprive the applicant of the reasonable use Regula tions of of his land., and WHEREAS, said proposed replat contains a parcel of land not abutting by its whole grontage on a public street, and WHEREAS, a variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the petitioner, and WHEREAS, the granting of the variance will not be detrimental of the in the neighborhood in which public welfare or injurious to other property said property is situated, and WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village be hereby is granted to permit the of Golden Valley, that a variance may and its non-compliance with the Plat- acceptance of said replat, not withstanding ting Regulations as indicated, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden hereby is accepted and Valley; that said proposed replat be, and the same oofthe e are t orized and approved, and the proper officers hereby and toa o sage er instructed to sign the original ancopy things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor Attest:.. _ �J Cl Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Schaphorst, Scherer, and Teresi; and Resolution No. 219 (Continued) the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by theMayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1 13
