#229 03-19-63 Establish Municipal State Aid Highways1 F1 3i Resolution No. 229 March 19, 1963 Member Scherer introduced the following resolution and 14OVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the roads hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the roads described as follows to wit: ZANE AVENUE NORTH from T.H. No. 55 to the MJLnnesota Western Railway. ZANE AVENUE NORTH from the MLnnesota Western Railway to Golden Valley Road. LINDSAY STREET from T.H. No. 100 to Zane Avenue North. SANDBURG ROAD from Douglas Drive North to the East Line of the West 2 of the Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section 19, Township 118, Range 21. be, and hereby are established, located, and designated as lvlunicipal State Aid Streets of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward two copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said roads or portions thereof that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the Village of Golden Valley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets. Adopted March 19, 1963 Mayor Attest: Vi Uige�CT rk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Schaphorst and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Schaphorst, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
