#241 05-07-63 Order Public Imporvements 63-CP3, 6, 7Resolution No. 241 May 7,, 1963 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoptions RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS (Concrete Pavement with Integral Curb - 63 -CP -3, 6, 7) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 8:00 olclodk p.m. at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by ;' law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested aro being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for said Village, in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice, except as follows: 63-C_P-3: Exclude On Wynnwood Road from Zane Avenue North to Douglas Drive On Zane Avenue North from Wynnwood Road to the North Village Limits 63 -CP -7: Delete 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvement (the Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvements with other public improvements if it seems advisable to do so.) 3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. Suburban Engineering, Inc., the Engineers for the Village, are hereby designated as engineers for the construction of said proposed public improvements, and are hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible date. Attest: r r/ 4- Village Clerk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded 5t J9 Resolution No. 241, Continued May 7, 1963 by Member Schaphorst, and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Schaphorst, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
