Member Flannagan then introduced the following resolution and MOVED
its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
(63-WML-42 and 44)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 8:00 o'clock p.m.,
at the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the Village of GoldenValle ,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published persons interested
required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all p
and, being fully advised of the pertinent facdoeshereby determine

proceed with the construction of certain proposedpublic
said Village in accordance with the description of said improvements contained
in said notice, except as follows:
2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are
feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in
connection with some other
improvement.

3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid out of special assess-
ments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
4. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the con-
struction of said proposed public improvements, and isherebyauthorized,
ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications

improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at
the earliest possible date.
