Member Flannagan then introduced the following resolution and MOVED
its adoption:
RESOLUTION
WANING THE PUBLIC SING PURSUANT TO MITI MOrA STATUTES 429.031, SUBD. 3
AND aRDERING CONSTRUCTION OF A CERTAL PROPOSED PUBLIC IiIPROVEMENT
(63 -CML -107 and 108)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota as follows:
I.
Tv,H MEAS, all the owners of real property affected by public improvement
63--UM-107 and 108 and abutting upon any street named as the location of said
improvement have petioned the Council to construct the improvement and to
assess the entire cost against their pe,totT�yrsinesotahereby

that public hearing is not necessary pursuant
Subd. 3.
II.
Being fully advised of the pertinent facts, this Council does hereby
determine to proceed with the construction of the proposed public improvement
for said Village in accordance with the description of said improvement con-
tained in the petition and waiver of right to public hearing.
III.
It is hereby found and determined that said public improvement is feasible
(the Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvement with such other
public improvements as it may seem advisable to do).
IV .
The cost of said improvement shall be paid out of special assessments
to be levied as authorized by law.
V.
The Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the construction
of said proposed public improvement and is hereby authorized, ordered and in-
structed to prepare final plans and specifications for said

Resolution No. 280
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Schaphorst and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following members voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Schaphorst,
Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed
by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
