Resolution No. 328 October 15, 1963
Member Flannagan introduced and read the following written
resolution and MDVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat)
Lilac Heights Addition
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing
on the proposed plat, to be known as Lilac Heights Addition, of the
following described tract of land:
The South 712 feet of the North 2171 feet of the
West 660 feet of the Northwest Quarter (1) of
Section 18, Township 29, Range 24, excepting
Highway.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be
heard, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is accepted
and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby
authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat
as you do all other things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Member Scherer and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Schaphorst,
Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same:
None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopt-
ed, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
