#332 10-15-63 Waive Public Hearing 64-LF-1,2 and 64-WM-7, 20217 Resolution No. 332 October 15, 1963 Member Teresi introduced and reed the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION WAIVING PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 429.031, SUBD. & AND ORDERING CONSTRUCTION * (64 -LF -1 & 2) (64-WM-7 & 20) BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Whereas, all the owners of real property affected by public improvement (64 -LF -1 and 2) and (64-WM-7 and 20), and abutting on any street named as the location of said improvements have petitioned the Council to construct the improvements and to assess the entire cost against their property, it is hereby found and determined that the public hearing is not necessary pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.031, Subd. 3. 2. Being fully advised of the pertinent facts, this Council does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of the proposed public improvements for said Village in accordance with the descriptions of said improvements contained in the petition and waiver of right to public hearing. . 3. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvements are feasible (the Council reserves the right to consolidate said im- provements with such public improvements as it may seem advisable to do so.) 4. The cost of said improvements shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as authorized by law and the Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the construction of said proposed public improvements and is hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible date.
