#364 04-07-64 Establish Municipal State Aid Highways276 Resolution No. 361 April 7, 1964 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGITWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the roads hereinafter described should be designated as Muni- cipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the road described as follows, to wit: GOLDEN VALLEY ROAD from Zane Avenue North (MSAS 108-02) to Douglas Drive (Co. Rd. No. 102) be and hereby is established, located, and designated as a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward two copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the design- ation of said road or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the Village of Golden Valley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street. Mayor Attest: 47 1 ems Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Schaphorst, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1 1
