Member Flannagan introduced and read the following written resolution
and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Platting of
Medley Hills 2nd Addition)
WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant
to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed
plat to be known as Medley Hills 2nd Addition, of the following -described
tract of land:
Medley Hills 2nd Addition
That part of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 30, Township 118, Range
21, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of
the centerline of Ensign Ave. No. with North line of said
N.W. 1/4 distant 892.03 feet West of the N.E. corner of said
N.W. 1/4; thence S.000015311 W. along said centerline 498.7
feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing
0.200015311 W. along said centerline 175.0 feet- thence N.
89 25122" W. 30.0 feet; thence S.0000153" W. 33.7 feet;
thence N.8902512211 W. 125.0 feet; thence N. 0°0015311 E. 200.0
feet; thence N. 8903015611 W. 142.5 feet; thence N. 7503210211
W. 614.4 feet; thence N. 0000126(1 E. 150.0 feet; thence S.
891.99 feet to the point of beginning, except the West 170
feet of the East 300 feet of the North 125 feet. For the
purpose of this description the North line of said N.W. 1/4
is assumed N.89036130t1 W.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved,
and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed
to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all other things nec-
essary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was sec-
onded by Member Schaphorst and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Schaphorst,
and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and his signature attested by the Clerk.
