Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its
adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING DUST TREATMENT FOR CERTAIN STREETS
(64 -DA -43, 45, 49, 50, 53)
64 -DA -43: On Hanley Road, from Western Avenue to Ridgeway Road
64 -DA -45: On Louisiana, from Olympia Street to the South line of
Krutzig Addition (half way between Knoll & Winsdale)
64 -DA -49: On Hillsboro Avenue North, from Naper Street to 162.
Hillsboro (So. Line of Lot 17, Block 11, Lakeview Heights)
including 1625 Hillsboro, Lot 4, Block 12
64 -DA -50: On Regent Avenue, from 33rd Avenue North to 34th Avenue North
64 -DA -53: On Lowry Terrace, from Regent Avenue North to Quail Avenue North
Pursuant to the provision of M.S.A. 129.101 seq., and the provisions
of the Village Code, Section 127.01 et seq., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND
DIRECTED:
1. That the streets described above be improved by dust treatment,
including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment.
Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials,
and the employment of day labor.
2. That the Village Engineer shall keep a record of the cost of such
work done on each street, and shall report such information to the Village
Clerk.
3• That on or before September 11 1964, the Village Clerk shall pre-
pare an assessment roll, assessing all cost of such work reported to him
by the Village Engineer against each separate lot and parcel of land bene-
fited by such work, and shall present said roll to the Village Council..
All of such special assessments shall be payable in a single install-
ment, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
4. That the Village Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit
forthwith a copy of this resolution to the Village Engineer.

Resolution No. 113
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the
following members voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy,
Schaphorst, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed
by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
