#415 07-21-64 Order Dust Treatment 64-DA44,55,58SS Resolution No. 415 July 24 1964 Member Schaphorst introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING DUST TREATMENT FOR CERTAIN STREETS (64 -DA -44, 55, 58) 64 -DA -44: On Laurel Avenue, from Winnetka Avenue South to Rhode Island Avenue South 64 -DA -55: On Erie Avenue, from Sumter Avenue South to Winnetka Avenue South 64 -DA -58: On Plymouth Avenue between Florida Avenue and Hampshire Avenue Pursuant to the provision of M.S.A. 41T•ISIHEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED: and the provisions of the Village Code, Section 127.01 seq., 1. That the streets described above be improved by dust treatment, including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment. Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials, and the employment of day labor. 2. That the Village Engineer shall keep a record of the cost of such work done on each street, and shall report such information to the Village Clerk. 3. That on or before September 1, 1964, the Village Clerk shall prepare an assessment roll, assessing all cost of such work reported to t each te lot nd hem bythe by Village ork,neer and shallspresentssaidaroll toatheparcel Villagef land benefiCouncil. All of such special assessments shall be payable in a sineall- ment, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) perannum 4.
