#433 09-15-64 Street Vacation Plymouth AvenueResolution No. 433 September 15, 1964 Member Flannagan introduced and read the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Street Vacation - Plymouth Avenue) WHEREAS, a Petition of the majority of the owners of real property adjacent to the street described below have been duly filed with the Village Council and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published, and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing that in the interest of the public part of said street be va- cated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council'of the Village of Golden Valley that a part of Plymouth Avenue, as more particularly described below, and as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the corporate limits of the said Village, be, and the same now is vacated: That part of the Sin of the SES of Section 30, T-118 R-21 lying Southeasterly of the South- easterly line of Lot 7, Block 6, Glenwood View and West of the Southerly extension of the East line of Lot 6, Block 6, Glenwood View; also That part of the NWS of the NES of Section 31, T-118, Range 21, lying West of the Southerly extension of the East line of Lot 6, Block 6, Glenwood View, Southerly of Lot 1, Busch's Meadow Acres, and Northwesterly of a line 33 feet Northerly of and parallel to the follow- ing described line: Commencing at a point on the North line of Section 31, T-118, R-21 a distance of 1901.26 feet West of the NE corner thereof; thence Southwesterly on a tangential curve to the left with a radius of 716.20 feet, a distance of 321.25 feet; thence continuing Southwesterly, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 105.70 feet to the West line of the NE14 of Sec. 31, T-118, R-21, and there terminating.
