#458 11-17-64 Street Vacation Part of Olympia Street1 1 Resolution No. 458 November 17, 1964 Member Teresi introduced and read the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Street Vacation - Part of Olympia Street) WHEREAS, a Petition of the majority of the owners of real property adjacent to the street described below has been duly filed with the Village Council and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published, and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing that in the interest of the public that a portion of said street be vacated, NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the portion of the street as described below as the same is now laid out and dedicated within the corporate limits of the said Village, be, and the same now is vacated: Commencing at a point on the North line of Lot 54, Belmont, distant 13 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South at right angles 5.0 feet; thence Northwesterly along a concave curve to the North having a central angle of 6 degrees - 2'4111, a radius of 746.2 feet and the last described course being a radial line to said curve, distant 83.5 feet to its intersection with the South line of said Olympia Street, said intersection being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing Northwesterly along said curve having a central angle of 6 degrees - 20107" and a radius of 746.2 feet a distance of 82.51 feet to the point of reverse curve; thence on a concave curve to the South having a central angle of 12 degrees - 44'4811 and a radius of 686.2 feet to its intersection with the West line of Lot 49, Belmont, extended North; thence South along said extended West line to the North- west corner of said Lot 49; thence East along the south line of said Olympia Street to the point of beginning; Hennepin County, Minnesota. Attest: Village Clerk Resolution No. 458 November 17, 1961 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1 1
