#466 12-15-64 Consolidate Bituminous Surfacing Improvements472 Resolution No. 466 December 15, 1964 Member Schaphorst introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING 1963 BITUMINOUS SURFACING IMPROVEMENTS AND 1964 WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that the following improvements, although separately insti- tuted and ordered to be made, can be more economically complated if consolidated and joined as two separate projects to be known respect- ively as 111963 Bituminous Surfacing Improvements" and 111964 Watermain Improvements", and such improvements shall be and hereby are so con- solidated pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the improve- ments so consolidated being described as follows: 1963 Bituminous Surfacing Improvements: 63 -BS -1 & 25, ordered by resolution adopted on July 16, 1963. 63 -BS -2, 3, 5, 10, 11, 17, 18 & 20, ordered by resolution adopted June 4, 1964 63 -BS -7 & 22, ordered by resolution adopted on May 21, 1963• 63 -BS -23, ordered by resolution adopted on September 1, 1964. 63 -BS -26, ordered by resolution adopted on August 20, 1963• 1964 Watermain Improvements: 64 WM-1, 2, 3, 4, 51 81 9, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 265 27, 28, 29, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 & 55, ordered by resolution adopted on April 7, 1964. 64-WM-30, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 & 61, ordered by resolution adopted on May 19, 1964. 64-WM-62, 65, 66, 68, 70, 71, 72 & 73, ordered by resolution adopted on July 7, 1964. 64-WM-75, ordered by resolution adopted on July 7, 1964. 64-WM-78, ordered by resolution adopted on July 21, 1964. 64-WM-81, ordered by resolution adopted on August 4, 1964. 64-WM-83, ordered by resolution adopted on September 1, 1964.
