Resolution No. 466 December 15, 1964
Member Schaphorst introduced the following resolution and MOVED
its adoption:
RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING 1963 BITUMINOUS
SURFACING IMPROVEMENTS AND 1964 WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, that the following improvements, although separately insti-
tuted and ordered to be made, can be more economically complated if
consolidated and joined as two separate projects to be known respect-
ively as 111963 Bituminous Surfacing Improvements" and 111964 Watermain
Improvements", and such improvements shall be and hereby are so con-
solidated pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the improve-
ments so consolidated being described as follows:
1963 Bituminous Surfacing Improvements:
63 -BS -1 & 25, ordered by resolution adopted on July 16, 1963.
63 -BS -2, 3, 5, 10, 11, 17, 18 & 20, ordered by resolution adopted June 4,
1964

The motion
for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly
seconded by Member Flannagan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted
in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy,
Schaphorst,
and Teresi; and
the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon
said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted and was
signed by
the Mayor and attested by the Village Clerk.
