#055 06-15-65 Accept Plat Medley Hills 2nd Addition7 Resolution No. 55 June 15, 1965 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - Medley Hills 2nd Addition) WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Medley Hills 2nd Addition of the following described tract of land: 'That part of the NA4 of Section 30, Township 118, Range 21, described as follows" Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Ensign Avenue North with North line of said NTAA4 distant 892.03 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Mh; thence S. 0 degrees 00' 53" W. along said centerline 198.7 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing S. 0 degrees 00' 53" W. along said centerline 175.0 feet; thence N. 89 degrees 251 22"W. 30.0 feet; thence S. 0 degrees 00' 53" W. 323.7 feet; thence N. 89 degrees 25' 22" W. 125.0 feet; thence N. 0 degrees 00' 53" E. 200.0 feet; thence N. 89 degrees 301 56" W. 142.5 feet; thence N. 75 degrees 32' 02" West 6111.4 feet; thence N. 0 degrees 00t 26" E. 150.0 feet; thence S. 89 degrees 30' 56" E. 891.99 feet to the point of beginning, except the West 170 feet of the East 300 feet of the North 125 feet. For the purpose of this description the North line of said Northwest quarter is assumed N. 89 degrees 36' 30" W.'
