#140 03-15-66 Accept Plat Merchants Industrial Park220 Resolution No. 110 March 15, 1966 Member Schaphorst introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - Merchants Industrial Park) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Merchants Industrial Park of the following described tract of land: That part of Government Lot 3, Section 4, Township 117, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as commencing at a point on the North line of old Wayzata Boulevard distant 362 feet East of the West line of said Government Lot 3; thence North on a line running parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 3 to a point thereon distant 633 feet South measured along said parallel line from its intersection with theNorth line of said Government Lot 3, said point being the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North along said parallel line to the North line of said Government Lot 3; thence East along the North line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 569.98 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 633 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 569.98 feet to the actual point of beginning. Except the North 30 feet thereof. And except that part of Government Lot 3, Section 4, Township 117, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of old Wayzata Boulevard distant 362 feet East of the West line of said Government Lot 3; thence North on a line running parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 3 to a point thereon distance 633 feet South measured along said parallel line, from its intersection with the North lime of said Government Lot 3; thence East on a line running parallel with the North line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 451.68 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence West on the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 151.68 feet; thence North on a line running parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 130 feet; thence East on a line running parallel to the North line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 292.51 feet; thence in a general Southerly direction along a circular curve, concave to the East, having a radius of 371.93 feet a distance of 204.15 feet, more or less, to the actual point of beginning. Subject to easements and restrictions of record, if any. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, Resolution No. 110 March 15, 1966 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. yor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Flannagan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Schaphorst, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 11 1 221
