#166 05-17-66 Order Dust Treatment 66-DA-12 Thru 26258 Resolution No. 166 May 17, 1966 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING DUST TREATMENT FOR CERTAIN STREETS (66 -DA -12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 25 & 26) 66 -DA -12: On Thodland Road from Toledo Avenue North to Lilac Drive North 66 -DA -13: On Gettysburg Avenue North from Earl Street to Iuluth Street 66 -DA -15: On Plymouth Avenue from Kelly Drive to Louisiana Ave. North, On Louisiana Avenue North from Plymouth Avenue to Plymouth Avenue 66 -DA -16: On Jersey Avenue from Glenwood Avenue to Laurel Avenue 66 -DA -17: On Lowry Terrace from Lilac Drive to Quail Avenue North 66 -DA -18: On Hillsboro Avenue from Olympia Street toNaper Street 66 -DA -21: On Sumter Ave. South from T.H. #12 to Erie Avenue, On Erie Avenue from Winnetka Avenue South to Sumter Avenue South 66 -DA -25: On Xenia Avenue South from Laurel Avenue to Old Wayzata Blvd. 66 -DA -26: On Laurel Avenue from Turners Crossroad to Xenia Avenue Pursuant to the provision of M.S.A. 429,101 seq., and the provisions of the Village Code, Section 127.01 et seq., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED: 1. That the streets described above be improved by dust treatment, including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment. Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials and the employment of day labor. 2. That the Village Engineer shall keep a record of the cost of such work done on each street and shall report such information to the Village Clerk.' 3. That on or before September 1, 1966, the Village Clerk shall prepare an assessment roll, assessing all cost of such work reported to him by the Village Engineer against each separate lot and parcel of the land benefited by such work, and shall present said roll to the Village Council. All of such special assessments shall be payable in a single installment, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum. 4. That the Village Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit forthwith a copy of this resolution to the Village Engineer. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk. Resolution No. 166 May 17, 1966 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Gar -is and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1 259
