#172 06-07-66 Accept Plat DeCola's Country Club TerraceResolution No. 172 June 7, 1966 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - DeCola's Country Club Terrace) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the propoeed plat to be known as DeCola's Country Club Terrace of the following described tract of land: That part of Lots 9, 10, and 11, Keene, Higbee and Bitzer's Golden Valley Outlots, described as beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence on a bearing of North along the West line of said Lots 9, 10, and 11 a distance of 1000.63 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence S. 890 34' 10" E. along the North line of said Lot 11 a distance of 155.0 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lots 9, 10 and 11 a distance of 750.0 feet; thence S. 40 46' 541, W. a distance of 222.05 feet to its intersection with a line 30 feet North of, measured at right angles to and parallel with the South line of said Lot 9; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lots 9, 10 and 11 a distance of 30 feet to the South line of said Lot 9; thence N. 890 14' 30" W. along said South line a distance of 136.50 feet to the point of beginning; WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Garis and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1 267
