#182 06-07-66 Order Dust Treatment 66-DA-9 Thru 361 J Resolution No. 182 June 7, 1966 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDER114G DUST TREATMENT FOR CERTAIN STREETS (66 -DA -9,19,20,27,28,29)3,35,36) 66 -DA -9: On Rhode Island Avenue from Harold Avenue to T.H. #55. 66 -DA -19: On Rhode Island Avenue from Laurel to Wayzata Boulevard. 66 -DA -20: On Leber Lane from North Meadow Lane to cul-de-sac. 66 -DA -27: On Idaho Avenue North from Glenwood Avenue to Good Shepherd Parking 66 -DA -28: On Rhode Island Avenue from 6th Avenue to T.H. #55. Lot. 66 -DA -29: On Rhode Island Avenue North from Winsdale to Knoll Street. 66 -DA -34: On Plymouth Avenue from Louisiana Avenue to the E. Line of Lot 321, Belmont. 66 -DA -35: On Winsdale Street from Hampshire Avenue to Jersey Avenue. 66 -DA -36: On Olympia from Winnetka Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue North. Pursuant to the provision of M.S.A. 429,101 seq., and the provisions of the Village Code, Section 127.01 et seq., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED: 1. That the streets described above be improved by dust treatment, including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment. Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials and the employment of day labor. 2. That the Village Engineer shall keep a record of the cost of such work done on each street, and shall report such information to the Village Clerk. 3. That on or before September 1, 1966, the Village Clerk shall prepare an assessment roll, assessing all cost of such work reported to him by the Village Engineer against each separate lot and parcel of land benefited by such work, and shall present said roll to the Village Council. All of such special assessments shall be payable in a single installment, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum. 4. That the Village Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit forthwith a copy of this resolution to the Village Engineer. Attest: Village Clerk. Mayor 279 Resolution No. 182 June 7, 1966 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Garis and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
