#184 06-21-66 Order Dust Treatment 66-DA-14 Thru 412809 Resolution No. 1811 June 21, 1966 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING DUST TREATMENT FOR CERTAIN STREETS (66 -DA -14,22,30,31:32,33,38,39, 40,41) 66 -DA -14: On Yosemite Avenue from St. Croix Avenue to Cul de sac 66 -DA -22: On Independence from Naper to Olympia 66 -DA -30: On Quebec from Plymouth Avenue to Olympia 66 -DA -31: On 'dinsdale Street from Rhode Island to Pennsylvania Avenue 66 -DA -32: On Knoll Street from Rhode Island Avenue to Quebec Avenue 66 -DA -33: On Pennsylvania Avenue from Knoll Street to Winsdale Street 66 -DA -38: On Pennsylvania from T. H. #12 to Laurel Avenue 66 -DA -39: On Pennsylvania Avenue from Ridgeway to Laurel Avenue 66 -DA -40: On Phoenix Street from Douglas Drive to Florida 66 -DA -41: On Hillsboro Avenue from Plymouth Avenue to Winsdale Street Pursuant to the provision of M.S.A. 129,101 seq., and the provisions of the Village Code, Section 127.01 et seq., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED: 1. That the streets described above be improved by dust treatment, including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment. Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials and the employment of day labor. 2. That the Village Engineer shall keep a record of the cost of such work done on each street, and shall report such information to the Village Clerk. 3. That on or before September 1, 1966, the Village Clerk shall prepare an assessment roll, assessing all cost of such work reported to him by the Village Engineer against each eeparate lot and parcel of land benefited by such work, and shall present said roll to the Village Council. All of such special assessments shall be payable in a single installment, with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum. 4. That the Village Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit forthwith a copy of this resolution to th? Village Engineer. Mayor Attest: Xis Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stockman and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
