#242 10-18-66 Authorize Agreement Interconnection Sanitary Sewers1 1 Resolution No. 2h2 October 18, 1966 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION AUTriORIZrNG EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT ENTITLED "AGREEIIEI NT BETWEEN CITY OF MI1121EAPOLIS, MITN TESOTA, AND THE VILLAGE OF GOLDETNI VALLEY, Y131P ESOTA, RELATING TO TILE INTERCONTdECTION OF SANTITARY SZtJERS" . BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, as follows: 1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient tothe public health, safety, prosperity, convenience and general welfare of the Village of Golden Valley, its citizens, residents and property owners, to enter into an agreement with the City of Minneapolis relating to the interconnection of sanitary sewers. 2. Said agreement entitled "Agreement Between the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, Relating to the Interconnection of Sanitary Sewers", a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved and adopted and the mayor and clerk and all other appropriate officials of this municipality are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of this municipality and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a certified copy of this resolution, together with executed copies of wuch agreement to the appropriate officials of the City of T'?inneapolis . Adopted by the Village Council this 18th day of October, 1966. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Garis, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Stocl-nan, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the I,iayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 369
