#251 11-15-66 Accept Plat Moshou Addition381 Resolution No. 251 November 15, 1966 Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - Moshou Addition) WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Moshou Addition of the following described tract of land: That part of the Southeast Quarter (SE -14) of the Northwest Quarter (NWI4) of Section 30, Township 29, Range 24, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of Natchez Avenue 310.7 feet South of the North line of said Southeast Quarter (SEI -4); thence West at right angles from the West line of Natchez Avenue to the East line of State Highway No. 100; thence Southerly and Southeasterly along the Easterly line of said State Highway to the West line of Natchez Avenue; thence North along said West line of Natchez Avenue to beginning; Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Teresi and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
