Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVFD its
adoption:
RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING
MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVFITNTS
BF IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, that the following improvements, although separately instituted
and ordered to be made, can be more economically completed if consolidated
and joined as the respective consolodated improvements designated below,
and such improvements shall be and hereby are so consolidated pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Section 135,56, the improvements so consolidated being
described as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Stockman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Flannagan, Garis, Stockman, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted and was signed by the Mayor and
attested by the Village Clerk.
