#160 10-03-67 Approve State Aid ProjectsResolution No. 360 October 3, 1967 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION WHEREAS the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, has obtained the Commissioner's'approval of the plans for the following Municipal State -Aid Street Project(s): S.AP. No. 28-408-01 . M.S.A.S. No. 08 Located Zane Ave from T.H. 55 to Golden Valley Road. Consisting of grading, base, concrete and bituminous surfacing. AND, WHEREAS, S -aid Village is prepared to proceed with the con- struction of said projects by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in its Municipal State -Aid Street Account. WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is desired in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 309, Laws of 1963. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby requested to approve this basis for financing said con- struction project(s) and to authorize repayments from the subsequent accruals to the Construction account of Municipal State -Aid Street Fund for said Village, within the limitations provided by 1�w and at the times and in , the amounts as herein indicated (not to exceed five years).
