#265 01-17-67 Accept Plat DeCola's Country Club Terrace 2nd AdditionL' 1 Resolution No. 265 January 17, 1967 Member Blies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - DeCola's Country Club Terrace 2nd Addition) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as DeCola's Country Club Terrace 2nd Addition of the following described tract of land: That part of Lots 9, 10 and 11, Keene, Higbee and Bitzer's Golden Valley Outlots, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence S. 890 344 1011 E. along the North line of said lot 11 a distance of 155.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence ona bearing of South parallel with the West line of said Lots 9, 10 and 11 a distance of 750.0 feet; thence S .40 46' 541, W. a distance of 222.05 feet to its intersection with a line 30 feet North of, measured at right angles to, and parallel with the South line of said Lot 9; thence on a bearing of South parallel with the Truest line of said Lots 9, 10 and 11 a distance of 30 feet to the South line of said Lot 9; thence S. 890 14' 3011 E. along the South line of said Lot 9 a distance of 181.23 feet to the East line of the West 1-;�. of said Lot 9; thence N. 00 03' 2011 W. along the East line of the West ]�* of said Lots 9, 10 and 11 a distance of 1002.16 feet to the North line of said Lot 11; thence N. 890 34, 101' W. along said North line a distance of 161.74 feet to the point of beginning, accord- ing to the plat thereof, all described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota: WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat, be and the same hereby is, accepted and approved and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Stockman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
