#275 03-21-67 Accept Plat Suburban Industrial Park22 Resolution No. 275 March 21, 1967 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - Suburban Industrial Park) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Suburban Industrial Park of the following described tract of land: Lot 8, Block 3, Advertising Creative Center, except that part thereof lying southerly of a line 430 feet north of, measured at right angles to and parallel with the most southerly line of said Lot 8 and its easterly extension; and lying easterly of a line 200 feet west of, measured at right angles to, and parallel with the most easterly line of said Lot 8 and its southerly extension. And except that part of the west- erly 100 feet of said Lot 8 lying southerly of the easterly extension of the northerly line of Lot 3 in said Block 3. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor Attest: r Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bies, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1
