#303 06-07-67 Determine Results of Bond Electionm•" Resolution No. 303 June 7, 1967 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: "RESOLUTION DETERMINING RESULTS OF BOND ELECTION" BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that it is hereby found and determined that a vote has been duly had at the special election held in and for said Village on June 6, 1967, on the bond question submitted thereat, and the results thereof canvassed in all respects according to law, and that at said election the votes cast on the question "Shall the Village of Golden Valley borrow money and issue its negotiable coupon general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $1,600,000 for the purpose of acquisition, development and improvement of the Brookview Country Club as a municipal recreation, sports and park area?" were as follows: Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stockman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the s,3me: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his sigpature attested by the Village Clerk.
