Member Teresi introduced and read the following resolution:
RESOLUTION
(Vacation of Walkway, Utility and Drainage Easements)
(Advertising Creative Center and Suburban Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, a Petition of the majority of the owners of real property
adjacent to the tracts of land described below has been duly filed with the
Village Council, and said Council has met at the time and place specified
in a notice duly published and has heard all interested persons, and it ap-
pearing that in the interest of the public that the Walkway, Utility and
Drainage easements over the following described tracts of land be vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,,
that the aforesaid walkway, utility and drainage easements over the follow-
ing described tracts of land be, and the same now are hereby vacated:
The southerly 339 feet of the 15 foot utility and drainage
easement adjoining the west line of Lot 11, Block 1, Ad-
vertising Creative Center.
The southerly 339 feet of the 15 foot utility and drainage
easement adjoining the west line of Lot 10 Block 1, Ad-
vertising Creative Center.
The east 20 feet of that part of the 32 foot walkway, utility
and drainage easement adjoining the west line of Lot 3, Block 1
Suburban Industrial Park, which lies north of a line 6 feet
north of, measured at right angles to, and parallel with the
north line of Lot 3, and its easterly x ension, Block 3 Ad-
vertising Creative Center.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Member Bies, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bies, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi; and the fol-
lowing voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature at-
tested by the Clerk.
