#332 08-01-67 Municipal State Aid Account11-0 Resolution No. 332 August 1, 1967 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Municipal -State Aid- Account) WHEREAS, THE Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, has obtained the Commissioners approvalof the plans for the following Municipal State -Aid Street Projects(S): S.A.P. No 28-08-01 M.S.A.S. No. 408 Located Zane Avenue T.H. 55 to Golden Valley Road Consisting of grading, base, concrete & bituminous Surfacing. S.A.P. No. 28-409-01 M.S.A.S. No. 409 Located Lindsay Street from T.H. 100 to Zane Ave. Consisting of grading, base, concrete & bituminous surfacing. C.S.A.P. No. 27-702 C.M.S.A.S. No. Located Douglas Drive from St. Croix Ave. consisting of grading, base strom sewer, to CO.Rd. No. 70 concrete paving & traffic signal system. AND, WHEREAS , Said Village is prepared to proceed with the construct- ion of said projects by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in its Municipal State -Aid Street Account. WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is desired in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 309, Laws of 1963. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby requested to approve this basis for financeing said con- struction project(s) and to authorize repayments from the subsequent accruals to the Construction account of Municipal State -Aid Street Fund for said Village, within the limitations provided by law and at the times and in the amounts as herein indicated (not to exceed five years). On or after February 1, 1968 On or after February 1, 1969 On or after February 1, 1970 $38,500 from 1968 allotment $38,500 from 1969 allotment $38,500 from 1970 allotment I, Helen Penniman, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and for the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, do hereby certify that the above is a true and full copy of a Resolution duly adopted by the Village Council assembled in regular session on the 1st day of August, 1967.
