Resolution No. 385 December 19, 1967
Member Garis introduced and read the following written resolution and
MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat - McDougal-Juris Addition)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing
on the proposed plat to be known as McDougal-Juris Addition of the
following described tract of land:
The South 30 rods of the North 40 rods of the West
26-2/3 rods of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 118, Range 21, except roads. Also that
part of said West 26-2/3 rods lying North of
Duluth Street.
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be
heard, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted
and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby
authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat
and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded
by Member Stockman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor therof: Bies, Garis, Nadasdy, Stockman, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor
and his signature attested by the Clerk.
