#426 05-07-68 Establish Municipal State Aid Highways1 u 237 Resolution No. 426 May 7, 1968 Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: "RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICAFAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS" WHEREAS, it appears to the Village of Golden Valley that the road hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the road described as follows, to wit: 10th Avenue North from Boone Avenue to County Road #18 be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be con- structed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of Golden Valley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 412. Adopted May 7, 1968 Mayor Attest: 2 Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Bies, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: B_es, Carlson, Garis, Stockman and Teresi; and the follow- ing voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
