Member Bies introduced and read the following resolution and MOVED its
adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat - Skyline Plaza)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on
the proposed plat to be known as Skyline Plaza of the following described
tract of land:
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, all in Block 1,
Cottage Grove, Hennepin County, Minnesota according
to the plat thereof on file in the office of the
Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin County,
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 312, files of
the Registrar of Titles, in the County of Hennepin,
and that part of Lot 46, Auditor's Subdivision No. 322,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of the Center-
line of State Trunk Highway No. 55, according to the
plat on file in the office of the Register of Deeds.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Bies, Carlson, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following
voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested
by the Clerk.
WHEREAS, all persons
NOW, THEREFORE,
present were given the
opportunity to be heard,
BE IT RESOLVED by the
Village Council of the
Village of Golden Valley
that said proposed plat be,
and the same hereby is,
accepted and approved,
and the proper officers of
the Village are hereby
authorized and instructed
to sign the original and copy of said plat and to
do all things necessary
and proper in the premises.
