Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION ESTABLTSHINa MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS
(10th Avenue North From Winnetka Avenue t^ CSAR #E18)
WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley that the street hereinafter described should be des4gnated a
Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959,
Chanter 500:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Counnii of the Village
of Golden Valley that the road described as follows, to -wit:
10th ovenue North from Winnetka Avenue to "o»n71-y Road 18
be, and hereby 4s e^tablished, located and designated a Municipal State
Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Highways of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commiss-
ioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the
designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed,
improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of
Golden Valley, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 412.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Carlson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bies, Carlson, Garis, and Stockman; and the following voted
against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village
