#478 10-01-68 Accept Plat Baker's AdditionResolution No. 478 October 1, 1968 Member Carlson introduced and read the following written resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution (Acceptance of Plat - Baker's Addition) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Baker's Addition of the following described tract of land: That part of the East 10 acres of the Southeast 4 of the Northwest 4 of Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northerly of U.S. Highway No. 12 and westerly of Louisiana Avenue South. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor ATTEST: Helen Penniman, Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Stockman and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Bles, Carlson, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 11
