#005 02-04-69 Minnesota Pollution Control AgencyResolution No. 5 February 4, 1969 Member Stockman introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: "RESOLUTION" (Minnesota Pollution Control Agency) WHEREAS, Mr. Steve J. Gadler, an original member of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, will complete his present term of office in February, 1969; and WHEREAS, Any agency member may be appointed for a second term; and WHEREAS, the Governor of the State makes the appointments to the Control Agency; and whereas, Mr. Gadler is well qualified and has served the Agency and the citizens of the State of Minnesota with distinc- tion; Therefore be it RESOLVED, That the Minnesota Society of Professional Sani- tarians urge the Governor, the Hornorable Harold LeVander, to reappoint Mr. Steve J. Gadler, to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for a second term; and be it further RESOLVED, That this resolution be sent to Governor Harold LeVander. Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, this 4th day of February, 1969. ��N 1/1 RE A Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Carlson, and upon vote being taken thereon; the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Carlson, Garis, Stockman, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk. 1
