WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to provide an
equitable policy for such professional employee.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
(1) Vacation shall be granted three weeks annually commencing in
1969 and shall be entered as of March 1, 1969, and each anniversary
thereafter. Vacation timing up to one week may be approved by the

ment of the council shall be conclusive.

ister personnel rules as they apply to the Village Manager.
(4) The Village Manager shall keep the Mayor advised of his whereabouts
if away from the community on village business or meetings more
than one working day; and such business trips, conferences, or
meetings of more than one working day shall be subject to approval
of the Mayor or acting Mayor as the case may be.
