#051 07-01-69 Accept Plat Heathbrooke 2nd AdditionE Resolution No. 51 July 1, 1969 Member Stockman introduced and read the following written resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - Heathbrooke 2nd Addition) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Heath- brooke 2nd Addition of the following described tract of land: That part of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 North, Range 24 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Tract D, Registered Land Survey No. 1104, filed with the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, and a line 767.25 feet east of, measured at right angles to, and parallel with the west line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 18; said parallel line has an assumed bearing of north; thence westerly along a curve having a radius of 2864.84 feet,concave to the south, for a distance of 232.31 feet; said curve has a delta angle of 4 degrees, 38 minutes, 46 seconds and the chord of said curve bears south 85 degrees, 33 minutes, 38 seconds west; thence north zero degrees, 56 minutes, 00 seconds East a dis- tance of 97.07 feet; thence north 11 degrees, 33 minutes, 00 seconds east a distance of 50.15 feet; thence north 7 degrees, 17 minutes, 00 seconds east, a distance of 120.78 feet to the southeasterly corner of Registered Land Survey No. 799, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin; thence northerly and northeasterly, along the easterly and southeasterly line of said Registered Land Survey No. 799 to the centerline of Bassett's Creek; thence northwesterly, and northerly along said centerline to the southerly line of Spruce Third Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence easterly, northeasterly and easterly, along the Southerly line of said Spruce Third Addition to the intersection with a line 767.25 feet east of, measured at right angles to, and parallel with the west line of said northeast quarter; thence on a bearing south a distance of 907.85 feet along said parallel line to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, Resolution No. 51 July 1, 1969 accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises.
