#195 11-02-70 Accept Plat Brogger's AdditionResolution No. 195 November 2, 1970 Member Bies introduced and read the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Plat - Brogger's Addition) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be known as Brogger's Addition covering the following described tract of land: That part of the NW4 of the NE44 Section 30, Township 118 N, Range 21 W, described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said northwest quarter of the northeast quarter; thence easterly along the northerly line thereof 295.35 feet; thence southerly, parallel with the west- erly line thereof; 295.35 feet; thence westerly, parallel with said northerly line, a distance of 295.35 feet to said westerly line; thence north- erly along said westerly line, a distance of 295.35 feet to the point of beginning, according to the Government survey thereof. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises.
