#199 11-02-70 Provide Hearing Improvements Lighting RSL 39Resolution No. 199 November 2, 1970 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS (Proposed Residential Street Lighting RSL39) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 398 Session Laws of Minnesota, 1953, this Council proposed to construct certain proposed publib improvements within the Village as stated in the form of notice included in Paragraph 4 hereof. 2. The Engineer for the Village has reported to the Council advising it in a preliminary way that the proposed public improvements are feasible and that they should best be made as proposed and not in connection with some other improvements, and has given his estimated cost of the improve- ments as follows: $427.14 3. The Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice included in Paragraph 4 hereof for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed public improvements as described therein. 4. The Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two successive weeks in THE GOLDEN VALLEY SUN, the official newspaper of the Village, the first of said publications to be in the issue of said paper dated December 9, 1970, and the last of said publications to be in the issue dated :December 16, 1970. Such notice shall be substantially the same as in the attached form.
