#234 05-03-71 Watermain Easement, 3915 Golden Valley RoadResolution No. 234 May 3, 1971 Mamber Paulson introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION Watermain Easement - MISCCA Property 3915 Golden Valley Road WHEREAS, a Petition of the majority of the owners of real property adjacent to the tract of land described below has been duly filed with the Village Council, and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing that in the interests of the public that a tract of land be vacated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Golden Valley that the easement over the following described tract of land, be, and the same is hereby vacated: An easement for watermain purposes over, on and across that portion of the following described easement which lies North of point "A", being that portion hereinafter underlined: "That part of Section 18, Township 29, Range 24, being a strip of land 40 feet in width and 20 feet on each side of the following described center line, to wit: Beginning at a point in the East line of said section, distant 1690 feet South of the East Quarter corner of said section; thence Northwesterly, at an angle of 43 degrees to the East line of said section (reading from North to West), to an intersection with a line parallel with and 20 feet West of the East line of said section; thence North along said parallel line 199.33 feet; thence Northwesterly deflecting to the left 59 degrees 1h feet, a distance of 262.06 feet; thence Northeasterly deflecting to the right 87 degrees 27 feet, a distance of 274.5 feet; thence Northerly deflecting to the left 35 degrees, a distance of 372.13 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 160 feet West of the East line of said section; thence North along last said parallel line 211 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence continuing North along said parallel line to the South line of County Road No. 66, and there terminatinp,." Resolution No. 234 May 3, 1971 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Ulstad, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Hoover, Paulson, Teresi, and Ulstad; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1 1
