Member Paulson introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption»
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Plat - Brogger's Addition)
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due
notice, has heretofore conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat to be
known as Brogger's Addition covering the following described tract of land:
"That part of the N6V of the NE-, Section 30, Township 118 N,
.Range 21 W, described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly
corner of said northwest quarter of the northeast quarter;
thence easterly along the northerly line thereof 295.35; thence
southerly, parallel with the westerly thereof: 295.35 feet;
thence westerly, parallel with said northerly line, a distance
of 295.35 feet to said westerly line; thence northerly along
said westerly line, a distance of 295.35 feet to the point of
beginning, according to the Government survey thereof."
WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the Village of
Golden Valley that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is, accepted
and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized
and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat and to do the original
and copy of said plat and to do all things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Member Hoover and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Hoover, Paulson, and Teresi; and the following voted against the
same; None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
